• By booking an appointment, you confirm that the information provided about your pet is accurate and up-to-date.




• We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of aggressive or dangerous animals.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• All appointments should be made in advance via phone, email, or through our website.




• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Prices for grooming services vary depending on the type, breed, and condition of the pet. An estimate can be provided upon request.




• Payments must be made in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and online payments.




• PetLuxo Grooming reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. Price changes will not affect services already booked.

4. Pet Safety and Health

• You acknowledge that your pet is in good health and up-to-date with vaccinations at the time of the grooming session.




• If we discover any health issues during grooming (e.g., skin conditions, fleas), we will inform you immediately and recommend appropriate action.




• PetLuxo Grooming will take all reasonable care to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort. However, you agree to release us from liability for any accidental injuries or health-related issues that may occur during the grooming session.

5. Liability

• PetLuxo Grooming will not be held responsible for any pre-existing conditions or behavioral problems that may affect the outcome of the grooming process.




• In the event of an emergency, PetLuxo Grooming will make every effort to contact the pet owner. If the owner cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at the owner's expense.

6. Use of Website

• PetLuxo Grooming will not be held responsible for any pre-existing conditions or behavioral problems that may affect the outcome of the grooming process.
